Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No — all monthly services are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. We do ask you to sign a service agreement before we start, but that's just to protect both of us by clearly defining what's been agreed.
How quickly will I see results?
It depends on the service. Google Business optimisation can show results within days. Paid ads can generate leads within the first week. Social media builds over 2–3 months. SEO typically takes 3–6 months before significant ranking changes — this is just how Google works, and we'll always set honest expectations upfront.
Can you guarantee results?
No ethical agency can guarantee specific rankings or revenue — and any agency that does is not being straight with you. What we can guarantee is: we'll do the right work, measure everything, report honestly, and adjust based on real data every month.
